We can change. We can heal. We need not feel alone.
In our intimate, family and working relationships, our behaviour can often be driven by past experience; we lose the ability to listen and we emotionally ‘react’, leaving us with regret and disappointment. We cling to unfulfilling cycles, feeling trapped and resentful, running on empty.
By raising our self-awareness, we can begin to identify the familiar patterns and beliefs that no longer serve us and we can begin to make new choices with new results. We can release blame and take responsibility in our present situation, and we can start to heal our wounds, finding peace, within.

Stress and Anxiety
What is anxiety and how does it manifest in our bodies and minds? How do we recognise the physical, emotional and mental symptoms of stress?
Grief
What is grief? How does it affect our lives? How might grief differ from Bereavement? When did we begin to feel loss?
Fears and Phobias
What is a phobia and why is it here? What is the impact of fear in our lives? What does fear do to possibility and how does it affect our potential?
Addiction
How did addiction, dependency and craving find their way into our lives? How can attachment to something, someone or somewhere, imitate familiar feelings?
Depression
What is depression? How is it triggered and how/where does depression surface? What might ‘the fog’ be protecting us from feeling underneath?
